If something isn’t working, or you have a question about your account or your data, write to hello@dreamsong.app.

It helps to include the email address linked to your Dreamsong account and the device you’re using.

Signing in

You can sign in to Dreamsong in three ways:

You can link more than one of these to the same account, so each one opens the same stories, journal and preferences. If you can’t find your account, try the sign-in method you used first, then write to us.

Using Hide My Email

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your account uses a private relay address created by Apple. When you contact us, please mention that you use Hide My Email, or include the relay address from your Apple ID settings, so we can find your account.

Recording dreams aloud

Using the microphone is optional. If you want to speak a dream rather than type it, allow microphone access when the app asks. You can turn microphone access on or off at any time in your device’s settings, and you can always type your dreams instead.

Deleting your account or data

You can delete individual stories and dream journal entries in the app.

To delete your whole account, write to hello@dreamsong.app from an email address linked to your account. Once your request is verified, access to your account is restricted while a secure background cleanup completes. This can take some time, and you will receive confirmation when deletion is complete.

Deleting an app account also deletes early-access records linked to the account’s verified email addresses. If you joined the list with a different address, tell us so we can remove that too. Unsubscribing from early-access emails does not delete an app account. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what is kept, including backups and shared library artwork.

To stop receiving early-access emails, use the unsubscribe link in any Dreamsong email or write to hello@dreamsong.app.
